Growing up in the beautiful Allgäu near the Lake Constance, I discovered my fascination for technology and human potential at a young age. After studying energy and automotive engineering, I first immersed myself in the world of research and development, and later in the HR sector. There I quickly realized how important it is to match the needs of companies with the skills and ambitions of skilled workers.
